MIRIAM AND JAVIER

MEET THE OWNERS

Miriam is a graduate of Wilfred Beauty Academy.  She has been in the beauty industry since 1981.  From the beginning of her career she  worked with excellent mentors from whom she learned style and color techniques that she has perfected throughout the years.

Miriam worked in beauty salons in New York City before she made Chicago her home.  As a beauty professional, she gives her clients a warmth and personalized service that has translated into a satisfied clientele that follows her wherever she goes.

Miriam and Javier are passionate about their business.  Their goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible when you visit Finally Here Salon.  From the decor to great customer service and the professionalism of the stylist; they work diligently to give each of their customers the best beauty experience possible.

Carlos Jesús Torres completed his professional studies at McDaniel Beauty School in 1998. In this same year he joined the team of Finally Here Salon located in Rogers Park. For the next seven and a half years he developed new skills and experience.  His hard work and tenacity led him to dabble as an entrepreneur, opening his own salon with the name of 3LOGIC Hair Salon also located in Rogers Park.

As an entrepreneur, Carlos Jesús had the opportunity to support and mentor many of his team members, especially newly graduates.  Many new professionals had the knowledge and the desire to start their career; however, they didn’t have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice.   3LOGIC Hair Salon welcomed many of them with open arms by providing them not only a place to work, but also the opportunity to advance professionally with an experienced hair and color expert.

In 2014 Carlos Jesus joined forces with the knowledge and experience of José Mariano. Both are now part of the Finally Here team!

Carlos Jesus has also been involved in several altruistic activities as a pro-bono make-up artist and stylist. Some of these organizations are Y-ME, The Foundation for Aids Research and The Confederation of American Families.
